Switched to a 64 bit machine and all attempts to activate the prog have failed. I have the s/n but this is of no help

Your post is a little light on detail, unfortunately, but I'm guessing you enter your email address and serial key on the registration screen... and then what happens? Do you receive an error message? If so, please take a screenshot of it and post it here or at least tell us the FULL wording of the message. Please don't post your email address or serial number to the forum!
With that additional information we should be able to help you to resolve the problem.
