Installation problem

When I try to install MoviePlus X6 comes the following message, what is the solution to the problem.

Setup was unable to find the msi package or patch ’C:\Users\John\Local\Temp\pbAF05\Serif MoviePlus X6(en-GB).msi’.

Windows 7

This would indicate that you are posting in the wrong forum - that is a Serif product.
