Hi there, l have recently purchased the MUSIC MAKER 2023 PREMIUM and when l click the exe file to install the software, it keep pausing it self. I keep clicking 'Continue' but after a while an error message is pop up (see below). Any ideas on how to solve that issue? Thanks.

The download issue is affecting all downloads from the Magix website and has been reported to Magix.
We are awaiting resolution of this issue.

The issue has been fixed and is working as a the time of typing this comment.
Do note that if it is the first part of the program - the Download Manager that you cannot download, this may be your browser blocking the download start, one of mine does this, try a different browser.

I only have Microsoft Edge as only browser in my laptop, I have also turned off the "Ransomware protection" and Microsoft antivirus and download manager keeps pausing.
Do you have any other recommendations to initiate the MAGIX music maker premium 2023 download?
@Cesar-Sandoval The download manager can pause if the firewall software or Windows Defender are blocking it. So you might change their settings or disable them temporarily.

It stops a couple of seconds later, it never goes more than 0% dowload.

Assuming you tried disabling the Antivirus program as @SP. suggested and this did not work I would suggest you email Magix at infoservice@magix.net asking for a direct download link for the software.
