Hi Martin and welcome to the user to user forums.

Try turning off any antivirus program you may have installed and Windows defender during the setup process.

After you may have to add Magix Video Deluxe to the exclusion folders of both antivirus and Defender to allow the program to authenticate it is a valid copy when in use.
