Installation errors. Sound Forge Pro 14 and Audio Cleaning Tools

Days ago I purchased and installed Sound Forge Pro 14. I used it a few times. All fine. Then I purchased Audio Cleaning Tools. During the installation of Cleaning Tools I got error messages about the "Transfer file" Audio Cleaning tools and the various modules installed until the Music Maker Module, which would not finish, and froze the entire computer. I uninstalled all the individual modules, and even uninstalled Sound Forge, think g I would start fresh. I did this more than three times.

So, then I went to a different PC,downloaded all the from the site files freshly to that PC. I go the same error message, this time even while trying to install Sound Forge.

Is there a problem with the faulty files on the server?

I've attached a screen shot of the message that I get on either computer when I try to install the new downloads of either Sound Forge or Audio Cleaning Tool. If I click "Ok" the message keeps returning.

Welcome to the Sound Forge group[[MENTION:undefined]] .

I do not currently have either Cleaning Tools or Music Maker. I briefly had CTs installed but did not really need it since Pro 14 includes the legacy NR-2 suit as well as iZ's RX Elements. Sorry I do not have any suggestions except to email tech support as the error message states.
