I need to ask for help with installing Vegas Pro in a new computer.
The installation manager consistently gives an error of unable to register my product, with a prompt to "contact your support".
I deactivated the software in my other computer, so this part is not the problem.
I logged into the system through Magix "My Account" with the installer software for my specific product, showing the serial number, so I know it is the correct starting procedure.
Everything starts to install, but then the installation halts with the error as noted.
I tried with my older software of Vegas Pro 14, and then I tried again with the newer version that I bought of Vegas Pro 17.
None of these installations has been successful.
What can I do in this case?
