I have purchased Music Maker 2021 Premium addition , I get a error message on installation it doesn't recognise the product registration code and I tried the support help line and can not get through to an agent , can anyone assist

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

There are no agents that you can get through to, sorry!

However, there are a number of very experienced users of the software here who are only too happy to help! So, some questions:

Where did you buy the product?
If it was direct from Magix, check carefully that the purchase confirmation email says "MM 2021 Premium" and that you have correctly copied and pasted the serial key/activation code that is in the email.
I assume you receive an error message on attempting the installation. What is the exact wording of that message? A screenshot of the message could be helpful to us.

1. It's not our site (we being users)

2. The Program showing is PC Check Tuning 2021 - not Music Maker. So it's not surprising an activation code for a different program is not working.

3. If you need to contact Magix you need to use email or raise a ticket.

I have removed your serial number as it is a public forum.

You need to take a step backwards and recheck what you are doing.

In case you purchased several applications at the same time, please check if you were using the serial number matching to the program.
