installation

After I uninstall the Noise reduction 2.0, SoundForge Pro 14 didn't work. So, I reinstalled the program again. I couldn't install SoundForge pro 14. Whenever I tried to install it, it says that I should remove the SoundForge pro 14 first. However I could not find the program on the list of control panel. I need help. Thank you

Welcome to the Sound Forge forum @Hyeong.

Uninstalling NR-2 must have taken a shared file with it. (odd) Assuming you have already tried a cold reboot and other basic things, I would try cleaning your PC's registry. CC Cleaner is highly regarded by many and cleans lots of useless data. and has a registry cleaner among other tools. The free version always worked good for me.

Pror to the CC Cleaner, you could try Revo Uninstall to see if SF is listed there, which would also clean the registry. I use Revo Uninstall for all uninstalling needs. Revo also cleans other garbage and pertinent reg entries the Windows uninstaller leaves behind. Highly recommended.
