@Michaela-Y-Witte Are you sure you are using the correct code? You need a serial number starting with P3. Voucher codes are starting with G3 and only work in the online shop and not for activating a software.

The instructions state that they want my "voucher code". My voucher code (partial) is: Q0D6R-.....-WH4YP. I have have tried the second letter as O or 0, and with and without the hyphens (-). Today I tried my P3..... it didn't work either. What is next?

@Michaela-Y-Witte Can you make a screenshot of your instructions and where are you trying to enter your voucher code. Is your voucher code for an additional bonus software?

Where have you bought your software? I have never seen a code like Q0D6R-.....-WH4YP for Magix softwares.

Magix serial numbers look like P3-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345

Voucher codes can only be used once - I assume you redeemed them the first time you installed the software.

If so the whatever they were used for should still be registered and available to you for the version of the software you installed the first time.

As I said above - Voucher codes can only be used once - as you have the serial number for the software you must have redeemed it on the first install.

Did you activate Music Studio with the serial number? Any associated addons, features etc are already registered to your serial number and should be availalble to you for insalling.

The Music Maker version that comes with Music Studio is the free version and should not require a serial number.
