First, please be aware that, to be able to help you, the more information you can give us the more likely we are to be able to respond helpfully!

Error code 14 indicates that you are using an incorrect serial number for the product you have. You need to check carefully that the number is for the exact version and, if appropriate, edition of (we assume) Music Maker which you have installed.

Where, exactly, did you purchase the software?

This is usually because you are entering the wrong serial number into the wrong program.
