I have recently purchased a new computor equiped with Windows 8 system. As I failed when I tried to install Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 12 XXL in this computer I would like to ask for the possibility to have it updated. Or do I need to buy a new program?

We are a user forum here, no one works for magix. Magix typically does not provide an upgrade path for previous versions. You simply buy the latest version. Did you get an error message when the installation failed? Your vesion of audio cleaning lab dates back to 2007. It is probably time to upgrade to the latest version. At $59, it is a pretty good deal.
