@Mark-Stevens I would suggest you completely uninstall Independence from Windows Apps and Features and install it again with disabled Firewall/Antivirus.

I also jumped through all the hoops to send a support request. But when I hit the SUBMIT SUPPORT REQUEST button I get a message: "The Support request could not be saved."

Any ideas on how to actually get support from Magix?
