Hi guys, I am in need of some help
I recently purchased Independence Pro Premium Suite from producerplanet and downloaded the installer there, but each time I attempt to perform an online installation, the installer fails to download a single file, I get a error message "File Execution failed!" and it aborts the installation a minute later.

Theres 3 install options apparently, including DVD, online, and from data on a hard disk, but I dont have any DVD, and hard disk doesn't work either, as it cancels immediately. Online seems to be the one I'm meant to use... it's still no good

I am currently on MacOS Mojave. I have tried to contact support, but they haven't responded to any of my tickets...

The installer came in a zip called Independence Pro Premium Suite_osx.zip, and it came with two files inside of it: Independence_3_2_INT_3_2_0_91_131118_10-50.pkg, and MAGIX_Independence Pro Library Installer_131126.zip. Unzipping that other file gives me the installer, which I am using here and doesn't work.
