I wish Magix would have had some information on their phones and support so that users would know you were away for the holidays :). It is not clear if anyone is around or how to get help.
It's the Christmas holidays and everyone is probably holidaying since Christmas.
Try on Fiday or Monday of next week, Germany time, and do it using the support part of the Magix.com site and filing a ticket under the sales part if you haven't already done so. I had a similar problem and they took care of it quickly, but only during office hours.
