Hi,

It's the Christmas holidays and everyone is probably holidaying since Christmas.

Try on Fiday or Monday of next week, Germany time, and do it using the support part of the Magix.com site and filing a ticket under the sales part if you haven't already done so. I had a similar problem and they took care of it quickly, but only during office hours.

This is a user forum and no one here works for Magix.

I have been able to get some basic technical answers from sales reps at the following number:
