Hi

When you imported the project from MMMJAM into Music Maker and saved it, did Music Maker download any extra Soundpools used in the project that were not already in MMMJAM?

What is the full name and version of Music Maker you are using - see under Help, About . . .

I'm running Music Maker Premium 2017. All the sound pools I have in jam are in the sound pools of Premium.

The soundpools are correct, it's loading the correct soundpool, and layout. It just doesn't load the melody layout at all.

I'm running Music Maker Premium 2017

whose version number is (as John asked)? The latest is 24.1.3.57

Can you give a little more detail of what you mean by the melody layout?

Jeff

By the melody I guess I should say the pitch changes. In the jam version it's the 'harmony editor'. So when I make a song in jam, the harmony that it was created in does not import, it all imports at a flat pitch of 6.

Hi and welcome to the forum

We cannot answer your question without more information - please read below and then come back with the information, and clarification of what happened when you imported the project ie did Music Maker (MMM) download any extra Soundpools used in the project that were not already in MMM?

Please read this topic and put the following information in your profile signature so we do not have to ask for it:

  • Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset make/model, audio card or chipset make/model, RAM,  hard drive configuration and sizes?
  • Windows version and is it up to date?  Press and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.
  • Software full name and version number - as found under Help, About . . .
