I goto sign in and it wants me to put in my serial number and tells me its in use. I need to get into this. If I cant get in I want my money back.
Seasons Greetings @Chuck-Old, are you trying to log-in to Magix Service Center.. or trying to activate Sound Forge on an alternate PC ??
If your serial code is in use, you likely have used up both of the two activations, To activate SF on an alternate PC, you need to deactivate SF on one of the current PCs.
If you have access to the PC you wish to deactivate SF on, go to the SF 'Help' menu and select 'Deactivate the Software on this PC'. (the PC must be connected to the internet) Otherwise, visit the MAGIX Service Center, log into your account, go to My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate and choose the pertinent PC.
The '365' subscription version can only be activated on one (1) PC at a time.
