When I first input my card info it my bank contacted me and locked my purchase and refunded it. I called and said it was me who was buying the product.
My card is now free and I purchase the product but once I proceeded it double charged me and now I have two Movie Studio 2022 Platinum copies.
There's no other way to ask for help except for here. I just want to refund one of these damned copies.
I haven't even claimed both of the serial numbers or even touched the program download link.

As such there are no Magix staff present to see or handle this request.
Personally if the bank originally caused a problem, the problem is still being caused at their end and I would get in touch with them first to see if one payment could be cancelled unless you have bought a 365 version which would be more difficult to sort out as it is a different type of contract between you and magix.

Thanks ! I contacted my bank and i explained my situation to them. Sent an email to those email and i'm waiting to get a reply and hopefully a refund.
