I was charged 3 times for downloading an update that still don't work

I have the 2020 version of music maker. It asked me to download the patch, which then disable my soundloops. I have no problem getting the upgrade but it doesn't allow me access to any of my Soundloops.. After trying to work through the problem, I discovered that I was charged 3 (THREE) times for downloading the upgrade. I need a refund, but there seems to be no way to even contact them. This entire system directs you in a circle.

@Darryl-Owens2342 Please go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. Then your loops should work again. For refunds contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net or shop@magix.net

We don't know what you have or what you actually did - in any detail. You say that you have Music Maker 2020, downloaded a patch and then you have an upgrade to something, we don't know what, Soundpools no longer work and you got charged for downloading the upgrade. Doesn't make sense.

Music Maker is free so you definitely were no charged 3 times for the program. What do you actually now have and what exactly did you do?

Thank you SP. I was able to contact the company and get the problem resolved.

johnebaker. Thank you, yes I have the Loops Unlimited subscription. That was my concern. After they opening patch she upgrade, I still couldn't access any of the Loops. But through some contacts, the issue was resolved and they refunded the charges.

browj2, in a diplomatic statement, whether free or not, if you have a software that never requires patches, updates, or upgrades, you need to check your software or the company providing it. In addition, there are editions other than the free one. But, regardless of whether I had the free version or the premium edition, a false charge is still the same thing... A false charge.
