Hi,

No one here works for Magix, so we can't access any of your personal data.  The settings you should use are the ones that were sent to you by email when you ordered your domain, web hosting, or signed up for Website Maker.  If you are talking about your personal web address at Magix, then you will need to have set it up for ftp access by logging in to your account go to my services, settings and set your web address for ftp.  Since website maker is a online service, I am not sure why you want to use ftp unless you want to upload file from another program.

Typically the ftp site with a Magix hosting account is:

FTP-Server (Host):           ftp.magix-online.com
Login / username:            Your email address at MAGIX
Password:                         Your chosen password
