I want to know how to add a simple border to a PIP video inset

I am using MEP 17.  I have a widescreen video playing and I have inset a PIP video and that works great.  I would like to be able to add a simple border around the inset video because the edges of the video and where it fits onto the full video in the background are kind of "busy" so I just want a nice black or red or white border around it.  Seems like a simple one I thought would be obvious but I have failed to find it.  Appreciate any help from anyone.

Thank you

D

Hi

Add a still image of the corrrect ratio and colour you need between the background video and the pip - you may have to move the pip down a track.  Resize the image to give the border you want.
