I bought the Vido delux bundle they had this year  but they get a keyboard with thers dame

You can use any USB/MIDI keyboard/controller to do the same thing.  There's nothing special about the one they are bundling.

Well I have a keystudio49 and it dont work with windows 8 and music maker 2013 I have windows xp and Music maker 13 works fine the point is Thinking if I had a magix midi keyboard  along with MM2014 prem there will be no reason for it not to work properly

Sorry.  Apparently, M-Audio doesn't see the need to offer updated drivers for Windows 8 for their older products.
