My music maker Plus doesnt work. I made music and I cant load it and software is closing. Also I cant record my voice and tried many tips. I just want my money back
The Magix policy on end-user cancellation of a purchase can be found here. Do note that you have to issue the notice of intention to cancel within 14 days of the original purchase.
However, rather than moving immediately to cancel the purchase you could ask for help here! If you give us rather more details about your computer and what, exactly, is or is not happening when you try to run the app, we may well be able to offer advice to you.

When you purchased the program you entered into a contract with Magix. In that purchase process you will have acknowledged that you have read the Terms & Conditions here which form part of said contract between you and Magix.
You must contacting Magix sales as you have been advised by @SP.
