I've got the trial of Music Maker 2016, but I can't hear any sounds from the program.(Yes, I've tried the volume mixer, but the program isn't there). Can someone give me some help?

As said in the caption, the sound doesn't work. I'm using Win10 on my HP pavilion laptop. It has an Intel Core i3 2330M @ 2.20GHz and the soundcard (could be integrated in the motherboard, idk) is an IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

It does work with headphones btw.

Hi

. . . . It does work with headphones btw. . . .

If MMM 2016 is working when headphones are plugged in then there is an issue with the laptop.

If you search the HP support site you will find that this is a known issue with some of their laptops, with solutions.

I found a similar question on here. That person could listen to MMM normally, but not to other sounds playing. I do have that with my headphones plugged in. Without my headphones plugged in I can hear other programs making sound, but not MMM.

I do not think this problem is caused by my laptop, because someone else has a similar problem

Thanks for the clarification.

MMM 2016 is probably using the Magix Low Latency drivers for audio output.

In the Audio/Midi tab of the programs settings (P key) try changing it to Direct Sound.
