Please help me to solve my problem..I use Magix Samplitude Music Studio 2013.. All works great.. but I realized I can't record multiple tracks simultaneously..Alt+Shift+click to activate all tracks for audio recording doesn't work. I got Audio Interface and there's no problem on the Interface..it's on the setting of my Samplitude..I've done some research and no one gives me exact answer..( sorry for my English) thank you..

Hi,

I could not find that shortcut anywhere. I went through the entire list. Where did you find this?

I tried it and it works as follows:

  • It arms all of the tracks with instruments associated and the first audio track, unless
  • If the Alt+Shift+Left click is on the second or third, etc. audio track, it arms that track plus all of the instrument tracks
  • An audio soundpool loop track, if it is an audio file, is as above, it is not armed unless selected.

Alt+Shift+Click disarms all tracks.

Interesting.

I cannot get it to arm more than 1 audio track either. Even trying to arm 2 audio tracks with just a mouse click does not work. Since I have only one mic input through my interface and the interface is on 1+2, I imagine that a second one would have to be on 3+4 and then it might work, meaning that you could arm 2 audio tracks each with separate inputs.

I will connect my keyboard as an audio in instead of midi to see if I can arm 2 tracks.

In the meantime, do you have separate inputs for different audio tracks?

Open the mixer in Music Studio and choose different inputs for the desired

tracks. Now you can press the record button of each of those tracks and they

all stay activated.

So you can record as many audio tracks simultaneously as many inputs

are available for recording on seperate channels.

You should have the option to record all tracks.

it should be on the help menu or trying pressing record and it should ask you what your trying to record.

then press the RECORD ALL.

if you dont see this menu when you press record you need to reset the programme to its default.

If you can’t make the trip to my studio yourself, don’t worry I now have my brand new Online Mastering Service. Many of my customers are happy to leave me to it, and my wide-ranging experience ensures that you can trust me to make sound judgements on your behalf – no pun intended!

The services on offer include both attended and unattended (online) mastering, vinyl cutting, re-mastering, editing and restoration. For further details please message me here.

A gorgeous room full of lots of lovely equipment isn’t going to cut the mustard unless it’s in the hands of an experienced creative engineer who understands your music and how to get the results you’re looking for.

I personally have been mastering for over 14 years now.
i have remixed and engineered for alice deejay.

Please note home mastering and studio mastering are not the same. This is a misconception. the process is different, and while the sound of the polished track may seem the same to the NAKED EAR so to speak actually sound different to the trained ear.

THE TRACKS I WILL BE UPLOADING WILL BE ONLY "HOME" MASTERING. (fast process). music maker defaults are ok but not polished.

most people are not concerned about the mastering there more comcerned about the FEEL.

i do not work for free so please do not sent me tracks to be mastered (for free). my time is not cheap.

They are afraid of taking risk? Or is something that happens during the "nurturing" phase of life with overprotective parents. Maybe it's even a genetic thing.

hi, try right clicking 1st  channel choose mono right click again, choose 1st input, then left click to arm, right click 2nd channel, choose mono, choose 2nd input, then left click to arm, you should now have 2 armed mono tracks. Depending on your interface you should be able to arm as many mono tracks as it can handle. I just tiried it on sms 14, Make sure that your signals are going to the same outputs. I dont know if it works on stereo signals I mainly use mono tracks to multitrack. I hope this helps and works for you. All the best jona bahookie
