Hello, I have bought the premium version and used it for some time now, and then today I found out that I can’t use the premium feature anymore for unknown reasons. I still can log-in but the premium features is no longer available to me anymore, it becomes locked. Could you please check this for me.

Please do not post images showing your email address - when posting screenshots ensure you blank out any information such as your email address, serial numbers order numbers etc.
The image looks like you have Music Maker 2022, open the Program settings, General options tab and click Cleanup the store, the program will reboot and then login in to the store with your email address.
@PATIENT-X - one image was left showing email address.
