I see Widget in version 18, but after not after export!

Hi,

After my last updating of Xara Web Designer Premium (ver. 18.05 DL x64 Aug 11 2021), the Foto Widgets: Landscape thumbnail gallery, Nivo Slider, Simple thumbnail gallery and Portrait thumbnail gallery is not working. WHY?

I was forced to go back to version 17 to correct the Export website.

I see Widget in version 18, but after the Export website, it is an empty place after those Widgets.

Have re-installed version 18 twice, without any better results.

I use Xara Web Designer from version 9 and never had any problems creating websites with your old Widgets.

Using just now version 17.1.0.60742 DL x64 Dec 10 2020, and have no problems with this version.

These are user to user forums, so the software is not ours, there are no Magix staff here and confidential data, like your Support ticket number should never be posted here. Hence, I have edited your post.

Since you clearly already have a Support Ticket open - I assume it is for the same problem - have you tried replying to any email acknowledgement you have received to let Support know that the problem still persists, perhaps also providing a link to this thread in the forum?
