I received my copy of Movie Edit Pro 2016 Plus today. Won't install on my pc as it is 32 bit and not 64 bit. What can I do.

MEP 2016 is 64 bit only - and requires a 64 bit OS - this is clearly stated in the system requirements on the Magix website.

You can either:

Upgrade Windows to a 64 bit version if your computer can support 64 bit and has enough RAM.

If you got the download version then contact sales at magix.com and see if you can get a refund.

If you bought a boxed disc version normal practice is you can get a refund only if the package seal has not been broken.
