Hi

MEP 2016 is 64 bit only - and requires a 64 bit OS - this is clearly stated in the system requirements on the Magix website.

You can either:

Upgrade Windows to a 64 bit version if your computer can support 64 bit and has enough RAM.

Or

If you got the download version then contact sales at magix.com and see if you can get a refund.

If you bought a boxed disc version normal practice is you can get a refund only if  the package seal has not been broken.
