I purchased premium and still have free edition. I received no key and purchased song maker ai and some extras...

How do I get premium working?

Where, exactly, did you “purchase” MM Premium?

If it was directly from Magix you would have been sent an email almost immediately which included the serial key. If you cannot find the email, have you checked your Junk folder?

If you purchased from any third-party seller you need to ask them for the needed information.

By the way, the Premium edition includes song maker, so there was no need to purchase it separately.

Please note that my December 2021 purchase of Music Maker 2022 Premium Edition is not allowing me to drag and drop .WAV /MP3 /AIFF or /FLAC files and challenges me, in a store banner, to purchase this same Premium program again. Or purchase a corresponding function for this from the store. Why is this? I've already paid for the Premium version as follows:

I also entered the SN# supplied correctly. The Magix Prog did open and some functions work.

ALSO PLEASE: The Vita Sampler does not open in Music Maker 2022 Premium Edition but DOES open in Samplitude included within my Purchase Bundle.

I hope someone can explain this to me, or have someone else do so. Because I'm spending more time experiencing things like this, when I should be composing and recording work with this purchase long by now.

@Martin-Henry It's a good idea to go into the program settings and to click on the button to clean up the store if something doesn't work correctly in Music Maker.

After activating the program did you download and install all the extra content that became available under the Download tab?
