Is any support available my Acid hasnt worked in 3months i tried contacting you guys either refund my money or fix the problem i dont understand why are you doing this to a person who been with Acid since 1998

We are just users here. No Magix staff is active in this forum. Since you already contacted support, I suggested you keep trying to get a response from them. It doesn't help if you wait a month without responding.
