I make music with magix music 2015 premium I use the the loops sometimes that's up there now I know they are for free so how or what do I have to do to get permission to use the music I make commercial, because I used there loops is there a license for me

For commercial use you got to buy Audio Pro Unlimited License check the license terms and other details by using given link.

To add to Nihon94's answer -

In addition to the Pro Soundpool Collections ou must also purchase the Audio Pro Unlimited licence for every Soundpool you use that is not covered in a collection - even if you use only one audio file.
