@Cecil-Cockerham Did you buy the loops from the in-app-store in Music Maker? I believe the Soundpools are stored under C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop\ after you downloaded them. Click on the cloud-arrow-icon in the toolbar to show the Download tab. There you can check, if you already downloaded the loops.
@Cecil-Cockerham Please show us a screenshot of what you can see. You can upload a screenshot to this forum with the blue arrow icon above the text box.
We can't help you without a screenshot of what you are seeing.
Usually there should be a snipping tool that comes with Windows to create screenshots or you could just press the Print Screen key on your computer keyboard and paste the image into Microsoft Paint, then save it as a PNG or JPG file and upload it to this forum.
Hello...thanks for your help! A setting was off but I discovered the problem and changed. BUT, no downloads inside! In fact, I actually made 2 purchases!!! What is next to receive my downloads???
Thanks,

Could you please tell which version of Music Maker you're using? The current version Music Maker 2023 is 31.0.1.13. It shows at the bottom right of the startup screen.
I presume that you are logged in, correct? Your email address will show up at the upper right of the startup screen.
Did you purchase from the Store within Music Maker? If not, from where?
If from the Store, the Soundpool is downloaded automatically right after purchase.
You say a "holiday loop" - there is nothing called that. What, exactly did you purchase? A Soundpool? What is the name?
Taking screen shots is a fundamental part of using a computer. Look up how to do this using Google or Edge. There are many tutorials.
