I lost all my redeem credits for instruments and tiny instruments

Dear Magix,

I lost all my redeem credits for instruments and tiny instruments after new update recently.

I must have 7 or 8 redeem credits each for instruments and tiny instruments.

Please, check and help me.

Below are all my activated products.
When I bought these, 2021 versions include redeem credits each for instruments and tiny instruments.

BEST,
from Oik Kwon

@Oik-Kwon Hello! This is just a user forum. You can contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net

Maybe it helps if you open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache of the store and it will often work after doing this.

@Oik-Kwon

Unfortunately, I believe that if the user updates the software to a later version, any credits which were unused from an earlier version are lost, sorry.

I don't think that the credits will be lost by upgrading from 2021 to 2022.

Although credits from 2021 should work in 2022 I believe, as it's credits from versions starting 28 that don't work in later versions, I think that some of these might actually have still been based around Music Maker 2020 - all those editions (wow that's crazy spending). If credits aren't working install an older version redeem the credits and then download for the latest version. Although credits for MM2021 Premium Edition should work if they aren't you can either contact Magix or just reinstall MM2021 and redeem those credits.

Thank you, all. It got solved, I think that there was a glitch after updating new version last week.
I have no issues, now. I love Magix ~~ :)😍😍
