I just purchased and it says Voucher Code is invalid!

Hello,

 

I purchased Magix SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 14 - Academic 2 days ago and today received the email with my Redeem Code. I created an account and when I got to the Software Download page I entered the "Redeem Code" that came in the email today.

 

I got this error message and the code is identical to the code in the email. I cannot proceed. I then downloaded the trail version but it then asks for a serial number which I don't have.

 

Can someone working at MAGIX please fix this? Thank you,
