I just bought Music Maker 16 today (download) and it is totally dissapointing, isn't there a 30 days return policy?

I bought Music Maker 15 a long time ago and it was amazing. Easy to use and loads of sounds to choose from and beats to make songs with. I bought 16 today, and you can't do anything!! You get 3 sound pools which don't even work. I want my money back, isn't there a 30 day policy? Someone let me know, thank you

Of course there are no returns allowed for software already loaded on your computer.

 

You can always ask MAGIX for one, but don't hold your breath.

 

The issues you are having are extremely common and can be worked through with a little effort.  You can find all of the information you need in previous postings or here...
