I have Vegas Pro 18 Cannot re-register

I had to re-load windows because my computer was getting glitchy. Now my Serial number won't work because i says its already registered. How can I re-load it on my PC? I have my original serial #

Vegas products have their own forum here.  

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.
