So i have Windows Vista and windows is not supporting it anymore so i am planning to update my laptop to windows 8/10... but will Magix edit pro 2014 be gone?!
Read the entire topic and carry out all the tests.
You can then upgrade to Windows 10 if your computer is capable of running it see here for more information - this is not compulsory and there may be issues - see the next paragraph,
The Windows 10 upgrade is known to cause issues with some Magix programs which means you have to re-install the program following this procedure
I would suggest, if you do not have one, purchasing an external USB hard drive and make a backup copy of your computer hard drive using a program like Clonezilla to the external hard drive before upgrading.
In the event of an upgrade failure you can then restore the computer back to Vista.
