I have seen videos on Youtube that require the red/blue glasses and others that use the polarizing glasses, Will Movie Edit Pro allow you to choose the output format for 3D glasses (circular or polarized linear vs. red /blue) ?

Hi

MEP can edit and export or burn 3D movies for a variety of formats ie

Anaglyph 3D video can be viewed on any computer monitor or TV, however if you want to view 3D in any other format  on your computer then you must have a appropriate graphics card, monitor  and 3D glasses.

Using Polarised or shutter glasses depends on the TV (or monitor) and it must support one of the 3D formats above - most smart 3D TV support Side by Side.
