i have music maker 2017 and cant get my auto tune efx 3 to work?

Somehow it was working for a while even know i had no clue on how i got it too work. i tried added it thought the vst plug in add feature but now when i go to my object effect rack i get nothing. please help.

Strange part is I got auto tune efx to load and auto tune 5 native to load but it seems like my efx 3 is missing something. Its like I can find the folder and its only got the license and pdf and manual. When I go to add it it just flash and I get nothing.
