Bummer.  Sorry you are having such problems.  What version MEP are you using and what is your hardware.

Older versions (MEP 10, MEP 12) were prone to crashing.  But, it is also critical to make sure you have a pretty beefy computer.

Add the details and even the message that happens when it crashes and we may be able to give you some suggestions.

If you were actually looking for help, you might want to try this: Open the program and go to the "Help" menu. Click on the "Reset program settings to defaults". Try whether that sorts out the problem for you.

There's obviously a lot more that can be checked and done, but a little more information on the problem circumstances and your machine's specs would be useful. You might also want to consider contacting Magix technical support.
