I cannot change the title text color, what am I missing?

I have tried and tried to change the color of the text in the title. I don't see any place to do that. I read the manual... I see an outline color but this seems to have no affect. The text is always stark white....

Thank you SO much for responding... I have a slight visual impairment and I thought the far right square we yet another alignment to choose from. LOL I am so relieved. I knew there had to be a way to change the color but I was at a loss!!!

The slide that alters transparency, is that transparency of the text?
