@frederick-Galinier Visit https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ and log in with your e-mail and password. Then you can find your serial numbers and download the software under "My Products". Make sure you use the same e-mail as in your user account or else you will get the "already registered with a different e-mail" error message.

There is no "My products" in "my account", there are user data, service info, generate an activation code, my contracts and disconnection. When I ask to generate an activation code I am told: No registration corresponds to the serial number. when I want to save it I am told that it is already saved! When you log into your Magix account, via this page, the first page shown after logging in should be this:

There is where you find the My products option (as I have highlighted).

If that is NOT what you see, please post a screenshot of what you do see.

EDIT: to add, if you really have no My products option, that suggests you actually have no Magix software registered to the email address you are using to log in, I think.

Also, since you chose "Other products" for your post, exactly which Magix product are you asking for help with?

Go to https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/ and download Video Deluxe. Install the software and open it. Then enter your email address (the one you used back when you first registered Video Deluxe!!!) and your serial number and it will work. Don't enter a new e-mail address or another different e-mail address. You might check your invoice, maybe the correct e-mail address is listed on the old invoice.

Also please be aware we are users like you and not Magix staff. This is a user forum and no Magix staff is active here. You need to open a support ticket or contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net if you want help from Magix staff. But this can take several days until you'll get a response.
