Same as all of the other audio files - open the File Browser in MM and drag the file onto a track.

Maybe you should watch my tutorial about getting started in MusicMaker under the Tutorials tab.

No, but dragging a wav file, or ogg file, or mp4 file onto the arranger is pretty basic, so I assumed that you are new to MusicMaker. I will eventually make another tut showing how to do more.
