I bought 2 copies of the same software(vegas pro 18)

I was wondering if I could get a refund for another copy of Vegas pro 18 because I had already bought it but bought it again as there was no indication that my purchase went through, after I made my second purchase I received an email twice about my purchase of Vegas pro 18 with different order number. I already sent a support request 4 days ago but no response..

What steps did you take to get here, we would appreciate a response as many Vegas users are entering the wrong forum.

Well, I saw found that all my info on the purchase of Vegas was on this site so I decided to try making a post about my problem on this site.
