First, please don't post entirely in CAPITALS! It is considered to be the forum equivalent of SHOUTING and is unlikely to encourage other users to respond to you!
Second, because this is a public forum, confidential data, like your coupon code, should never be published here. Hence I ahve edited your first post.
Third, please tell us exactly which Magix product you have bought.
Fourth, the voucher code you have has to be redeemed, full information on this page. Redeeming the voucher will produce an email with links to download your software AND the email will also include the all-important serial key(s) required to activate your product(s).
Finally, there is no phone number for Magix Support, sorry. Support is offered, initially via this forum (so from other users) and then, if we are unable to help, via the Support link to be found in the header of any forum page.
Unfortunately, your first post here is asking a completely different question to the one the OP asked. Please do not do this but rather, start a new thread with full details of the Magix software you are using and the exact error message you see.
