Hi

It is unlikely you will get new activation codes as this version has not been supported for several years.

If your new computer running Windows 8 ? so MEP 14 is not compatible and will not run properly, you may find parts of the software do not function and the DVD drive may not be recognised. Upgrading to the latest version which is compatible is necessary.

John

chiyembekezo,

MEP 14 is very old now -- '...some time ago..' to say the very least! Any chance you have changed your e-mail address since you first registered it? I had a similar problem when I'd paid for a download version for a friend (my e-mail address) and then he tried to activate something (his e-mnail address) Magix Support said to use the original address and that worked.

Otherwise you'll need to contact Magix. There is a 'Help & Support' at the top of their main web page.

I'd seriously consider an upgrade to the latest version!

Regards

Carl
