I am getting this in Photo Assistant as well as manual mode. How do I stop this? I have closed and opened the program several times and it does not correct.
First, please read this post and give us all the information requested there. We really do need to know a great deal more about your computer, the software you are using and what you are trying to do which is not working.
I have a PC, running windows 10. I am using Photostory DLX 2017. When I select a photo and place ii in the photo panel, and play the program all photos are duplicate side by side in in "play frame". So if I place two photos in a the photo panel, and play it back, it will show me two side by side split frames. Let say I place one photo called "A" and one called "B". When I play it back the first frame will be 2(A's) side by side and the next frame will be 2(B's) side by side. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and the problem persists on this computer(laptop). I have it on my desktop and it is working fine.
I don't have Photostory but a quick check on its product page shows that it can do 360 degree and 3D presentations. I'm pretty sure the latter would expect two images side by side, so is it possible that on your laptop it is set up for 360 or 3D shows?
Thanks so much....I have only had the program a little over 24 hours, and it did work normally for about an hour. My laptop is not set up for 360 or 3D. Just seems strange that even after uninstalling, and reinstalling it defaults somehow to the split image. I hope tech support will answer my request someday.
A Very Big Thanks to you. You were exactly correct. There was an update waiting on the software I purchased, and it is the update that turns the program on to 3D. I went into the settings menu of the program and selected another format.....Working perfectly. Thank you for taking the timeout of your life to help and being so patient.
