I am a user of Simplitec Power Suite which I lost when I had a new hard drive installed, how do I recover it when I can't find an address for Simplitec, I am fully subscribed and paid-up and using windows 10 - 64 bit

Assuming you installed Simplitec Power Suite with another program from Magix, then visit your My Service Centre and see if the registers version is available under My Products.

If not then I would suggest you start here.
