I don't know which program. I had a video made on fiverr and want to change the voice over to me speaking instead of the current voice over. Dealing with the original video creator is challenging
Was referring to the program you have or intend to use to replace the audio track.

In this case, it would help if we had more information on your computer system and the video file 'delivered' to you to give you more relevant advice.
For your computer system, see this topic for what is required, and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) you are working with if this is a laptop.
I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
For the video file information, download and install MediaInfo ,analyse the video file and post the results, see this tutorial on how to set up MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required.
It doesn't matter which Magix video program you are currently working with. You could record your own voice-over with your phone or tablet, for example, which you can then place as a WAV / MP3 file under your video.

You can clone your own voice with e2-f5-tts, which only needs about ten seconds long recording of your own voice. Then you can enter text and your voice will read it. It works in English and Chinese.
This can also be done locally on your computer. I recommend to only do some sentences at a time.
But, this is still text-to-speech. If you instead want to replace another voice recording with your own voice you need train your own RVC model, based on 20 minutes audio recordings of your voice (or more. More is better).
